Hearing Loss, Anyone??

First of all, I gotta say that I am just AMAZED that there is an ice chewers support group! This is hysterical! But man am I glad to know that I am not the only one addicted to ice!

I have been an ice chewer for about 8 years... since I was pregnant with my daughter. I couldn't be without a cup of ice... drove my husband batty.

I am curious to know if there is anyone else who thinks that their hearing has been damaged by the decibel of the crunching ice??? I swear I don't hear as well as I used to and I'm only 36.

Any feedback would be helpful.

Wow! That's scary, to think that ice can cause ear damage. I hope someone could shed some light on this soon.
