Since August, I have been using my "Ice Diet" to lose over 30 lbs. I am anemic too so I was craving ice anyway so I used it as a substitute before I ate and found that after a couple cups of ice before meals and throughout the day and night, I could fill up on ice instead of snacks and empty calories. Everyone has been commenting on how I lost the weight and I have been telling them about the "Ice Diet".
