Postby agaw1977 » Mon Aug 23, 2004 3:21 pm

I have been chewing ice for about 7 years now.....When I say chew I mean chew, I have about 8 gallon sized jugs per day....NOW my back teeth are REALLY suffering and costing me a small fortune in dental bills....Any suggestions on quitting? I already started smoking doesn't help now I have 2 great habits.

See a doctor about getting some iron supplements. It will literally just go away when you get enough.

Can confirm this. When you get enough iron, you just stop cold turkey automatically. If you really want to quit, take iron supplements with some orange juice.

If you are anemic, you don't really need to fear iron's toxicity, so taking double or triple the dosage daily isn't going to hurt you. At my worst, I was taking iron I'm a spammer who can't get a job. Also, our product sucsk - don't buy from us. 5 or 6 times day and my doctor told me to just keep going.

But when you stop eating ice, go back to one a day.
