What does ice chewing have to do with anemia? i

I dont get it is there iron in ice?

HEY,
CHECK ON THE INTERNET TYPE IN ICE AND ANEMIA AND LOOK AT ALL THE WEB SITES. WE HAVE PICA WHICH IS A FORM OR SIDE EFFECT OF ANEMIA OR OTHER CONIDTION. LUCK YOU DON;T CRAVE DIRT OR BAKING POWDER OR BABY POWDER. I ALSO EAT CORNSTARCH.

I even got our dog started chewing Ice. I just can't stop! I pretty much have some cubes in my mouth when I am home and awake or almost awake. If im not sitting on the couch chewing it im in bed watching TV chewing it when my GF is trying to sleep,
and of course the dog starts begging for it so there is 2 sets of choppers going. What do I do? How can I stop?
