Ice Chewers Bulletin Board - All about Chewing Ice

Hey there, I have a serious problem with chewing Ice. It drives my Girlfriend NUTS and now I even got our dog started chewing Ice. I just can't stop! I pretty much have some cubes in my mouth when I am home and awake or almost awake. If im not sitting on the couch chewing it im in bed watching TV chewing it when my GF is trying to sleep, and of course the dog starts begging for it so there is 2 sets of choppers going. What do I do? How can I stop? *not that I want to*

my dog loves chewing ice too! i can't stop myself frm chewing ice either. perhaps ur addiction to chewing ice is stress-related. u could try drinking lots of water to curb ur need for chewing ice. this will result in multiple trips to the bathroom though
