as pretty much all of you guys, i'm also addicted to eating ice. i have at least 5 or 6 cups of it a day, and i've been doing this for about 15 years. so far it hasn't shown any bad signs on my teeth and its never amde me feel really weird or anything. i've never had a history of iron deficiency or anything like that... should i check with my doctor still to see if it's okay to continue?

I have a book at home that says Yellow Doc is supposed to completely cure Anemia, which is one major reason for craving ice. It says to put the Yellow Doc Powder in a capsule (or you can get it already in capsules) and take 2 a day for 10 days to eliminate the Anemia. You might try it, because it's not an "iron suppliment" and won't hurt you if you're not Anemic. However, if you are and this helps, I'd suggest taking a couple capsules a week to keep your iron up.
Hope this helps.
