Best ice recipe with classic ice trays

My new thing is putting water in the ice trays.... letting it sit for a while in the freezer until it freezes but not completely. Then you can bite into it and cold water seeps out~! Yum... And it's not as bad for your teeth, cuz it's softer!

I tried what you said. I put just a little water in the trays to make little wafers of ice and they are oh so crispy and soft. I like the water squirting out of the middle too. Only think is, I have 6 trays and I keep them going all the time. They can not keep up with me. HA!
