Yes, ice is very bad for your teeth! I have been eating it for years and it have really ruin my teeth. Causing me many visits to the dentist. Now I do not chew it at all. I just put it in my mouth and suck it until it melts and it's the same taste. I wish I can quit eating it, but it's like being addicted to a drug almost. I work midnights at a hospital, and everyone knows hospitals have the best cruhed ice. My co-worker and I are sitting down right now eating it. She have an addiction too. It not only ruins your teeth, but it also have a connection with anemia. I was told by a physician that the reason I crave it is because my iron level was low, but I can't stop eating it. He also suggested for me to take iron I'm a spammer who can't get a job. Also, our product sucsk - don't buy from us. or a multi-vitamin with iron. I do notice everytime I finish eating it I get very cold.
