Get a 44oz cup from Quick Trip (Filtered Water - Crushed) and FILL it to the top, then fill it most of the way with Sprite. Take it home and freeze it, then break it up.
Another fun recipe is to fill Ziplock baggies a little less than 1/2 full, then lay them flat in the freezer, then break the "ice plate" up with a spoon.

Take any water bottle, fill it until it is about 3/4 full. Put it in the freezer with the CAP OFF for about 45 min to an hour. Of course it depends on how cold the water was to start with. Take it out when the bottle is hard but the middle is still water. Gently squeeze the sides to break up the ice. It is perfect when the ice is big enough to chew, but there is still enough water so the ice can flow out. YUM!!!!!!!

I too love the thin flat chips but they can cut like glass. Have you ever tried Gatorade poured into ice trays and freeze it? The cubes come out kinda' soft and O-O-OH - :P Do they crunch so-o-o nice!!
