Ice Chewers Bulletin Board - All about Chewing Ice

Wow im so happy too see im not alone!! I cant wake up in the morning without my ice. My family think im crazzzy lol and i was starting too feel the same this last few months..although i have loved ice a long long time about 15 years. But it has been much more lately. i have been going through 10 pound bags every 3-4 days with no help.DOES anyone know or has anyone been like this before where it becomes not enough..Dont get me wrong i love my ice but when my kids started saying i eat to much ice and i need to stop i was kinda wondering when is it to much??

I don't know when its concidered " to much ice" but I eat a 10lb bag a day!

Hi Gold..I see we eat about the same amount! lol. I love ice but i am really thinking it is not good for us being what i have been reading on this site and all. But my husband has been telling me this kind of stuff for years lol i just have not listend too him. Im trying too stop but it is a hard one its not working very well. Im really cranky if i dont get my ice..
I JUST LOVE ICE..
