You don't wanna be a quiter do you? J/k I know what you mean about the teeth. But you can't have ups without downs. Just start chewing soft ice.....If that makes sense.

I worry about my teeth too. I'm only 26 and i've been chewing ice for two years now. My dentist just things I grind my teeth, and who am I to correct him? :wink:

I only chew ice when in a drink, but I do this 4-5 times a day at work...ugh.
