I love ice, and I cant sleep at night
Posted: Sun Apr 17, 2005 3:07 amI'm 38 yrs old, and I have cronic anemia. I want to know if the anemia or the ice is causing me the insomnia. 
Are you chewing ice at night? This could be the reason you are unable to sleep. I find I have to put the cubes down if I want to get some ZZZZZZ!
Another thing that helps me get to sleep is a little boom boom boom and a zoom zoom!
