Ice Chewers Bulletin Board - All about Chewing Ice

I have been chewing on ice for about five years, but I don't know If I am anemic. I was healthy a year ago when I went to the doctor's so what are other reasons why I chew on ice a lot. some of my friends like it, but others hate it and i try to stop but It feels good to have is in my mouth all the time:)

Go get a CBC/H&H. That's the only way to know if you are anemic for sure.
